Full Term!

Hip Hip Hurray!

I made it to full term. This baby can come anytime now and be perfectly fine. Lets just hope she does! :) My 37 week appointment went well. They said the baby head is REALLY low which makes me think she is going to have an awesome cone-head when she is born. I was really surprised by that because she is still sitting so high. She is all up in my ribs and it makes me think that she will never really "drop" if her head is already low. I'm only dilated to 1 cm, but I guess that is better then nothing. She said I wasn't very effaced yet, but hopefully all that will change soon.

For those of you who still dont see the difference in how I'm carrying this baby compared to how I carried Parker, Check this out:

37 Weeks

See, it is so different! Parker just stuck right out and she is all inside me, it is so weird! If it stays this way, I'll never have to find out the gender of future children because I will know just by how I carry the baby what it is since it is SO DIFFERENT. Every since the massage I am feeling good. I'm still walking everyday with one of my friends and hoping that will help with my weight gain as well as getting me ready for labor. So now we just sit and wait and PRAY that she decides to come soon! :)

That is crazy! I felt like I carried smaller the second time around (and yet Laney was bigger then her sis was!) You look beautiful! Good luck in the coming few weeks.

WAHOO! Congrats for being full term! I know I always breathe a sigh of relief when I reach full term.
Love and miss you! Good luck with the next few weeks. You look AWESOME! I love all the comparison pictures you've been posting. I'm not sure who can't tell the difference between the two, but you are so right--you are much, much smaller this time around. I'm sure that feels nice that the opposite is not true!

Yay! You posted the comparison pictures! So funny how different you look. We all thought you were going to EXPLODE last time...that, or you were carrying triplets! :)

I'm glad you wore the same shirt! I love how with Parker it barely covers your tummy, but with your little girl you have plenty of room to spare!

I love it!! Wow! SO fun to see the difference! Glad you are feeling better now ... but we'll still pray she comes as soon as she can for you! :) (I TOTALLY understand! Experienced it about a month ago! ...wow...can't believe it's already been a month!) :)

When do you guys actually move?
I can't believe how different you look this time around! You should start taking Evening Primrose oil like 3 times a day. It helps you efface. I started taking it around 37 weeks and I was fully effaced with a few weeks to go.

What to pack . . .

So now that he really could come ANY DAY I figured it was probably time for me to pack my bag. I of course have one of those "What to bring" checklist, but I was wondering what your thoughts where. Is there anything you wish you had brought but didn't? Is there anything you would have died without if you hadn't brought it? I'm just so clueless! A few tips from you experienced mothers would be greatly appreciated!! I cant believe it is so close!!

Have you noticed?

I need a haircut ASAP! This is me saying, "I'll smile if you ignore my hair." Don't get me wrong, I am really excited I have long hair, I love having long hair , but it needs a little TLC. It has been a few months since I have even got a trim and I am still re-couping from a not so good hair cut. The last few times I have really CUT my hair, not just a trim, I was not pleased with the results. Now it would probably help if I was willing to pay more than $10 for a hair cut . . . but I'm Mrs. High Pockets as my father calls me and it is really hard for me to spend money on my hair. So I need your help! What do you think I should do? Before you make any suggestions you should know: It MUST be able to go back into a ponytail!!!!!!! My hair is STICK STRAIGHT My hair will not curl to save my life (via over night curls, hot curls, even curling irons, they just don't work) I want and need something EASY! I do not like to spend time on my hair and I don...

No Use Crying Over Spilled Milk . . .

So being an emotional pregnant woman is definitely taking its tole on both me and Jeff (what a wonderful, patient, and understanding man he is). Saturday morning I was so excited because for the first time in weeks we actually had a morning together. I had planned to make us a delicious breakfast just like my dad always did for me. We had Eggs, Hashbrowns, and even Bacon; we were so excited. So I started cooking the bacon first, knowing it would take the longest. Then when I thought they were close to being done, Jeff started cooking the eggs and I threw on the hashbrowns. Well, needless to say, the eggs finished super fast and the others were not even close. And then to add more to my frustration the pan I was using for the hashbrowns was awful! Despite my many tablespoons of butter the entire thing was completely stuck! I switched pans in the middle to try to save them. In the meantime Jeff ate his eggs so they wouldn't get cold. I insisted on waiting so I could eat th...
