Eviction Notice

Well folks... after a week straight of regular contractions and trying everything you can think of (including but not limited too): Walking, Squats, Essential Oils, Acupressure, Trampoline, Prego Pizza, and what seems like a million other things... this baby is completely content inside my belly.  Luckily, I have an awesome doctor who has been willing to bend the rules for me and induce me on my due date, which is tomorrow.  HIP HIP!!!   We can Thank Parker for this Pic. You see, Kaiser RARELY induces, and when they do it is not until after 41 weeks!  Given my history (having a baby over 9 lbs), and the fact that this is my 3rd baby, and since I am already dilated to 3.5 and been having real contractions for a week straight they are letting me come in.  Both me and the doctor think all that it is going to take is for my water to break and the baby will be here in no time! This day my Jogging stroller lost some pieces up on the hill, so I had to ...

Best Friends

Can I just say that I LOVE that these two are Best Friends. Like honest and truly love each other more than anything! I love how even when they have the opportunity to do their own thing, they like to play together. I love how they encourage each other to try knew things and help each other be brave. I love how they love to learn knew skills together. I love that they know how to have fun together. I love how they are willing to share with each other. I love when they randomly give each other hugs and tell each other "I love you."  I love when they help each other. I love when they hold hands. I love that they always want to match and will change clothes just so they can be matching. I love when they play "Mama & Baby" or "Daddy & Baby." I love how they can make each other laugh better than anyone else.  I love how they have fun going on adventures together. I ...

This Baby is a Trickster

I know a lot of you have been wondering what has been going on so here is a little update, so here it is. So Thursday I woke up at 2:00 am with really strong contractions, and feeling super nauseous.  After about an hour they died down enough for me to go back to sleep but I woke up again at 6:30 with them starting up again.  I woke Jeff up and let him know that I was pretty sure this was going to happen today.  Unfortunately, he brought home some paperwork that his team needed to work so he had to at least go in and drop them off.  Not wanting to have this baby without him I decided to stop everything and lay low until he returned.   I did have to make a run to the DMV to take care of some stuff that really needed to be handled before baby came.  Turns out you can get in and out of the DMV super quick when you are in labor.  By the time I got back Jeff was on his way home.  My mom came home with me and helped me get my house in order. ...

4th of July Fun

Our 4th of July was tons of fun this year. We started it off nice and early but watching our city's 5K.  We had some friends that were running it and wanted to go cheer them on.  Lucky for us the route went right by our house so we literally sat on our lawn as we cheered on the hundreds of people that ran by.  It was so much fun! I think P was amazed at how many people just kept coming and coming. He kept asking if he could run too. When our friends ran we cheered them on.  3 of them even placed and got medals.  It was so fun, especially for the kids to see their friends running by. After the fun run, we headed over to my folks for a little 4th of July get together.  There were a few couples from the ward and our families.  The food was great, the company was fun, and they even set off some fireworks.  The kids loved it! A local church in our city puts on this fun program called the Singing flag.  Jeff and I hadn't...
