Pregnancy Update: 24 Weeks

Well, here I am, 24 weeks along.

I am having Issues with Pictures on the blog lately, it wont let me do ANYTHING!! I cant re-arrange them, change the size, or put them next to each other which is annoying!

I feel so smaller than last time!
This is me at 22 Weeks with Parker.

It is crazy how differently I am carrying this little lady.
She is so high that it hurts me to even slouch! I never had that with Parker even when I was 40 Weeks and HUGE! This time I do not feel nearly as cute, I just feel like a THICK woman.

Then other days I do feel MUCH bigger. The following pictures were both taken on the same day. The first one I feel like I look completely normal.

The Second one I feel HUGE! Way bigger than I think I am. And if compare this to the first picture, I'm much bigger here too even though this picture was taken BEFORE the one in the red. Maybe it is just not a flattering shirt.

Anyway, I am feeling great. Just a lot more tired lately, but that is probably just because I'm not sleeping very well at night. The baby is moving around a lot! And I have to pee MUCH more frequently then I did with Parker. But other than the lack of sleep, things are wonderful!

I wish I could put the first 2 pictures side by side, especially because I am two weeks further along and still smaller.

Anyway, hope you are doing great!
And if you know how to fix my picture issues, please let me know.

You still look beautiful even if you dont feel that way. When i was pregnant with my daughter the Dr always said if it was a boy you would have this beautiful glow and get huge fast! and if it was a girl she would take her time showing in the lil bump of a tummy and steal the glow for herself!
anyhoo just thought i would share that. i love your blog

If you figure out the picture craziness, let me know. My blog won't let me rearrange pictures either!

You are super cute! I don't feel as cute this pregnancy either though - it seems the beginnings of the baby bump get a little lost in the previous chub and isn't as noticeable as before. :) Plus all my maternity shirts are stretched out and are NOT flattering on a smaller preggo girl. So I'm still in that awkward inbetween stage. Yuck. But you make me happy. :)

I can't believe how big Parker has gotten! We are going to miss him when we leave... sniff. So I had the same problem with my pictures and one day I decided to align them to the left instead of center and then I was able to move them side-by-side. I'm sure you've already tried this, but if you haven't, that worked for me. :) Let me know.

The Light of the World

I was asked to give a talk yesterday in church.  Kinda daunting knowing it was Christmas Sunday, but I think it went pretty well.  I like remembering my talk so I'm throwing it up here mainly for my own record.  But maybe it will bless the lives of others too.  I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and that the Light of Christ will be upon you and radiate from you now and forever. Jesus Christ: The Light of the World Rebecca’s talk given on 12/20/2015 Jesus Christ.  Can a topic be any broader? I have spent a lot of time over the last 6 weeks trying to decide what direction I wanted to go and I kept going back to the same thought, Jesus is the light of the world.  This is not an insignificant statement, but very profound and very important.  Let’s start from the beginning. Many Prophets have testified of the fact that Jesus Christ is the light of the world long before the Savior was even born.  The very first sign of his bir...

Because God Love's Us

How is Christ’s Birth Significant to me Talk on 12/20/2020 Good Morning Brothers and Sisters & Merry Christmas!   Heavenly Father must know my preferred method for giving a talk is procrastinating because I have been called to fill in last minute on many occasions.   However, this is the first time it’s happened on Christmas Sunday.   But I am happy to be here with you and I’m so grateful for technology that allows us to meet and worship together, especially during this Christmas season.   I’m not gonna lie, this is weird speaking on zoom.   I much prefer being together and making eye contact with you and seeing your encouraging smiles.   So please bear with any awkwardness I may have.   When initially asked to speak, Brother Smith gave me the topic of “How Christ’s birth is significant to me.”   My initial response was, could that topic be any broader?   But then gratefully he followed it up with “Particularly from the prosp...

Kid's Talks

Riley’s Primary Talk on Baptism 3/15/20 Today I want to talk on Baptism.   Being baptized is a commandment from Heavenly Father.   We have to be baptized to make it back to Him.   Even Jesus Christ was baptized.   If Jesus Christ was baptized we should be baptized too.   When we turn 8 years old we can choose to follow Jesus Christ’s example and be baptized too.   When we are baptized and confirmed we become members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.     If you have already been baptized, you should remember the covenants, or promises you made.   If you have not been baptized, you should study and pray and keep the commandments so that when you turn 8 years old you will be ready. We should all remember how important baptism is.   I am really excited I get to be baptized next year.   In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen Faith Parker’s Talk   2/16/20   Today, my talk is going to be about f...
