Blogging out of order

So I started my post about halloween a couple of days ago, and although I did not post it until today it is hiding behind others. Is there a way to adjust the date? Who knows. But I did post about halloween if you are interested scroll down. :)

There is a way to adjust the date. Go to your Dashboard. Go to "Posting," and the to "Edit Posts." The "Edit." Then towards the bottom there's a button that says, "Post Options," and you can change the date or time there. David thinks its cheating that I sometimes change the dates, but hey, I think it's fair!

I totally change the dates all the time. Like when I go on blogging kicks and I'll blog like five different things in one day. I simply go down and change the date so they publish about two days apart ... so it looks like I'm a constant blogger. :) Maybe it is cheating ... but I'd rather look at it as working the system! :) Just a tidbit - the first time you start working on the post is the initial date/time it will publish it as. So if you start something Monday, but then save as draft for a week until you finish it, it'll still publish it under Monday's date. Make sense? You know those posts I do when L turns another month old? I actually start writing it early in the month and add random bits all month long. I put the publish date as his next b-day, and actually hit "publish." It "schedules" it to publish, and I don't have to worry about it. So easy! :)

Have you noticed?

I need a haircut ASAP! This is me saying, "I'll smile if you ignore my hair." Don't get me wrong, I am really excited I have long hair, I love having long hair , but it needs a little TLC. It has been a few months since I have even got a trim and I am still re-couping from a not so good hair cut. The last few times I have really CUT my hair, not just a trim, I was not pleased with the results. Now it would probably help if I was willing to pay more than $10 for a hair cut . . . but I'm Mrs. High Pockets as my father calls me and it is really hard for me to spend money on my hair. So I need your help! What do you think I should do? Before you make any suggestions you should know: It MUST be able to go back into a ponytail!!!!!!! My hair is STICK STRAIGHT My hair will not curl to save my life (via over night curls, hot curls, even curling irons, they just don't work) I want and need something EASY! I do not like to spend time on my hair and I don...

Em's Blessing

Emily's Blessing day was so great! Since we were moving home so soon after she was born, we decided to just wait until we got out here to CA so our family could be there for it. It was pretty low key compared to P's (and by that I mean less family there) but was still just as wonderful. Jeff gave a beautiful blessing. It was also special because she wore the dress I was sealed to my parents in. Jeff wasn't a fan of how long it was for such a small baby, but it was so neat for her to wear something that is so special in my family. The P-man looked like a little stud in his outfit too! I wish I would have gotten some of the two of them together, o-well. It was a fabulous day! Thanks so much for all the family and friends that were there, it meant so much to have you there and we missed those who couldn't come! Isn't she so perfect! I love this picture of her laying on the grass. She is so pure and clean and perfect ! I love her!

Disneyland

A little late but . . . We Went To Disneyland! So you may or may not know that we went to Disneyland back in July. It was so much fun! As we were planning the trip I was really worried about how it would be taking 2 babies there, in my mind they were way too young to do anything there but boy was I wrong! All of us had a great time and we all went on tons of rides, even Emily! Here is a list of all the rides we went on: (The bold ones were P's very favorites) Disneyland Railroad Train Enchanted Tiki Room The Jungle Cruise Tarzan's Tree House Pirates of the Caribbean Haunted Mansion Winnie the Pooh It's a Small World Story Book Land canal boats King Aurthur's Carousel Dumbo Mad Tea Party Tea Cups Peter Pan Mr. Toad's Wild Ride Pinocchio Finding Nemo Submarine Autopia (Cars) Did you know babies could do this much! I sure didn't! I even nursed during 4 of the above mentioned rides which was so nice and saved tons of time! They both did so well on all of the...
